Betsy M. Chesnutt, doctoral candidate in Biomedical Engineering, received a Fulbright Program grant to study in The Netherlands in the Fall, 2007 semester. Her work with Dr. John Jansen and Dr. Frank Walboomers at Radboud University Medical Center in Nijmegen continues her research on the evaluation of orthopedic and dental implants, tissue engineering scaffolds for bone regeneration, and scaffolds for other tissues.
